Gadus morhua

Gadus morhua is better known as Atlantic cod and is caught all along the Norwegian coast. We can deliver Gadus morhua in tradisional Portuguese sizes:

jumbo (4,5+ kg), especial (3-4,5 kg), graudo (2-3 kg), crescido (1-2 kg), corrente (0,5-1 kg) and miudo (0,35-0,5 kg). It is divided in to the qualities primeira and sortido.

We can also deliver sizes based on number in the 25 kg carton:

4/6 (3,5-6,25 kg)7/9 (2,5-3,5 kg)10/12 (2-2.5 kg)13/15 (1.5-2 kg)16/20 (1-1.5 kg)21/30 (0.75-1 kg).

We deliver the cod white washed (photo) or black wing.
